Bush Cooking – Chicken Curry


Diced cooked chicken (as much or as little as you have on hand)
2 onions, peeled and chopped roughly
2 apples (Granny Smith if possible), peeled and chopped
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp butter
1 tin Cream of Chicken soup
1 tin evaporated milk


Fry onions and apples in butter and curry powder until tender.  Add chicken, soup and milk. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice.
