| Cost | Camping Fees - $15 per person per night at Witchelina ($60 per person) Fees to drive - $80 for the 3 days driving Camping and driving fees must be pre-paid through the club |
| Accommodation | Swag, tent, camper trailer, off-road caravan. Must be completely self-sufficient. Long drop toilet, showers (extra cost) available at Witchelina Other accommodation available but it is expensive and will have to be personally arranged. |
